Ashley's been mentioned a lot, and I know this is very important to her, so I don't know if you wanted to share anything for the record.

I just want to say we were lifelong New Yorkers.

My father was born and raised in Queens.

We've been in Long Island City over 40 years operating businesses.

with, you know, with, and keeping a community feel has always been really important to us.

We, we came out of the retail as an independent retail retailer for 80 years in, in New York city.

So we understand the impact of what it means to create community and like, and, and really,

We're very excited about this partnership and whatever needs to really be done in terms of engaging with the community board and the community, we're happy to.
