Okay, and just very briefly, walking through the residential sites, again, this is a mid-rise density, seven to 11 story buildings.
It's anticipated that the rezoning could yield up to 391 new units.
Again, the coordinated nature here, having the schools on the side streets has allowed this sort of the residential core of the rezoning to take place on park running down the center.
New retail uses at the ground floor will expand services for the surrounding residential community, while at the same time, ownership is hoping to bring back many of the current retail tenants.
