What types of commercial tenants will you be seeking for the proposed commercial space, and have you begun any discussions with prospective tenants?
We haven't had any conversations with prospective tenants.
Beyond the initial conversations with grocery store operators.
We did hear, though, from the community that perhaps smaller retail spaces would be more desirable than the large single operator, which was a bit of a surprise on account of the fact that a lot of social media
indicates that Trader Joe's or Aldi would have been desirable here.
So we've redesigned, we intend to occupy the ground floor spaces with more traditional service retail.
