Council Member Feliz responds to public testimony, remains undecided
Council Member Feliz thanks all who testified, noting he hears the needs for homeownership, parking, schools, small business spaces, and more. He reiterates he has not decided how he will vote and looks forward to continuing conversations with the community and Phipps.
All right, Councilmember Felice.
I just want to thank everybody that testified on this project.
I hear you loudly and clearly on the need for homeownership, parking, schools, spaces for small businesses, and much more.
And I look forward to continuing the conversation with all of you, the community and the developers and FIPS.
And I just want to also say that again, I still haven't decided how I'm going to be voting on this.
And yeah, I look forward to talking with everybody about how we could make this better.
Thank you, Councilmember.
