Chair Ung introduces committee members and staff
Chair Sandra Ung opens the meeting, introduces herself, and recognizes the committee members present including Krishnan, Lee, Banks, Williams, Carr (remote), and Abreu, as well as committee staff.
Good morning and welcome to this meeting of the Committee on Rules, Privileges, Elections, Standards, and Ethics.
I'm Councilmember Sandra Ung, Chair of the Committee.
Before we begin, I would like to recognize the other members of this committee who are present.
Councilmember Krishnan, Councilmember Lee, Councilmember Conor Sion, Councilmember Banks, and Deputy Speaker Natasha Williams, Minority Leader David Carr is on remote, and Majority Leader Shaun-Abreu.
I'd also like to acknowledge the Council to the Committee, Amanda DeGracio, and the committee staff that worked on today's hearing, Chief of the Council and Director of Public Integrity Unit, Pearl Moore, and Deputy Director of Public Integrity, Alicia Vassell.
