Aldebol asks about joint applications with SNAP benefits
Council Member Shirley Aldebol asks whether there could be a joint application process for SNAP and housing benefits, noting providers frequently hear this request from constituents.

Okay, actually, I just wanted to piggyback off that line of questioning, because one thing that we've been hearing a lot from the providers and the nonprofits that actually provide the services is that oftentimes it'd be really helpful if there are joint applications.
And one of the most common things, which I'm sure you have all heard as well, is, is there a way to
jointly apply for food stamp SNAP benefits as well as the housing piece of it, right?
Because that's something that seems to overlap a lot and we heard that from a lot of our housing providers as well as a lot of our food providers.
