Dinowitz opens public testimony and reads rules
Dinowitz opens public testimony, reminds the public to remain silent, says the witness table is reserved for testifiers, and prohibits video recording from the table. He sets two minutes per speaker, says students go first, and explains how to submit written testimony.
All right, first panel, public testimony.
If I don't read my script, just so you know, I feel like the meeting becomes illegal.
We have to do the whole thing over again.
I now open the hearing for public testimony.
I remind members of the public that this is a government proceeding and that decorum shall be observed at all times.
As such, members of the public shall remain silent at all times.
The witness table is reserved for people who wish to testify.
No video recording or photography is allowed from the witness table.
Further, members of the public may not present audio or video recordings as testimony, but may submit transcripts of such recordings to the Sergeant at Arms for inclusion in the hearing record.
If you wish to speak at today's hearing, please fill out an appearance slip with a sergeant at arms and wait to be recognized.
If someone could please close the door in the back, I'd appreciate it.
When recognized, you will have two minutes to speak on today's oversight topic.
If you are a student, please write student prominently near the top of your appearance slip.
We will do our best to accommodate you and allow you to provide your testimony as quickly as possible.
If you have a written statement or additional written testimony you wish to submit to the record, please provide a copy of that testimony to the sergeant at arms.

And as always, if I mispronounce your name, I apologize.
Just correct it when you speak.

And just say your name for the record, make sure the microphone's on.
