New York City Council · Sep 22, 2026 · starts 2:03:03 · 22 sec

Giunta thanks the Council for the opportunity to clarify and have a public conversation. She acknowledges DOE must get better at being clear about what it is doing now and next, and calls it a promise on their checklist.

Danielle Giunta

And thank you.

Danielle Giunta

Thank you so much for the opportunity to add some clarity, have a more public conversation about it, and also know, like, we need to get better at being very clear about what we're doing now and next.

Danielle Giunta

And that is a promise that is on our checklist.

Danielle Giunta

But it really is wonderful to have the conversation today.

Danielle Giunta

So thank you for it.

Eric Dinowitz

Thank you.
