The streamlining that you mentioned and reorganization, that's all been since when?
Just the end of September 25 or October 1st?
We integrated the units, yes, about a year ago.
And then as the integration throughout that, we have implemented these different touch points.
Several of the things the executive deputy commissioner mentioned have happened probably in the past six months or so, sort of rolling out in a way, which is why we're starting to see them cumulatively actually turn the trend to lesser days to approval.
