Chris Banks

year three of the monitorship and stood at about 62,000 in quarter one in 2026.

Chris Banks

How many of those 62,000 are older than a year?

Daniel Greene

Thank you, Council Chair, for your questions.

Daniel Greene

So as of September 14, 2026, the total number of work orders for mold and leak, so mold and leak,

Daniel Greene

is 63,972, of which 21,968, approximately 34%, are older than one year.

Daniel Greene

Skilled trade crafts account for a total of 58,295% of those work orders, which is like 91%.

Chris Banks

And how many of the 62,000 are like child work orders waiting on availability of a skilled trade worker, which is a trade bottleneck?

Daniel Greene

About 58,000.

Daniel Greene

58,000 are skilled trade.

Chris Banks
