Banks asks Dickey about difficulty getting updates before intervention
Banks asks how hard it was for Dickey to get clear updates from management before contacting his office. Dickey says it was very difficult and that work only started moving after the chair's office stepped in.
And how difficult was it for you to get any clear updates or straightforward answers from the development management before you reached out?
out to my office directly.
Very difficult.
I can't believe even like the change that happened.
I was almost like, wow, like I wish I would have reached out to you immediately when this happened because it took a whole lot off of me.
Like things started to move.
Be like, they're actually here now and prepping and doing my work because you stepped in.
This would have never happened.
I would have still waited till March and...
It just would have been dragging.
It's like they're calling now, emailing, things that should be done.
In place anyway, but now it's like it's less of a hassle.
I feel like that's something that's going to be done.
But before I had to call all day, as soon as the office opened, I'm on my phone trying to see about ticket orders all day.
Thank you for your testimony.
And I do apologize for your experience.
No problem.
And I thank you so much for all that you have done for me.
Thank you, Ms.
Dickey.
