Banks questions Jeremy Estrada on mother's gutted kitchen and asthma
Banks asks Estrada how his mother managed daily tasks while her kitchen was gutted and her pantry was in the living room. Estrada says his stepfather suffered asthma attacks from plaster dust and had to go to the hospital once.
For Mr.
Estrada, can you walk us through what your mother communicated to you about her daily routine
during those four weeks while her kitchen was gutted and how she managed basic tasks like cooking, storing food with her pantry forced into her living room?
That is correct.
Her pantry was forced into her living room.
Beans, lentils, etc.
All were left basically behind her.
husband's chair in the living room as long as as well as pots and pans uh she handled it very uh difficult i guess you would say uh her husband suffers from asthma attacks
and when they took out the cabinets
They left the plaster on there, right?
They plastered over it, great.
But the plaster left fine dust particles.
So whenever her husband would come into the kitchen, even to go as simple as use the fridge, he would catch difficulties with breathing.
I believe he caught three asthma attacks and had to go to the hospital for one of them.
This was also just a sanitary issue as well as just, you know, a health issue, especially when it comes to her husband.
