Good morning, Chair Aldebar and members of the City Council's Committee on Civil Service and Labor.

My name is Katrina Porter, and I proudly serve as Deputy Commissioner and Chief Human Capital Officer for the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, more commonly known as DCAS.
