Chair Gale Brewer convenes the hearing titled 'Access to Government and the Mamdani Administration Civic Engagement Efforts,' welcomes DORIS, the Office of Mass Engagement, the Campaign Finance Board, the Conflict of Interest Board, and colleagues including Council Member Wilson and the Public Advocate.

I'm Gail Brewer, Chair of the Committee on Government Operations, State and Federal Legislation.
I want to thank everyone for joining us today for the hearing.
We're calling it Access to Government and the Mandami Administration Civic Engagement Efforts.
I would certainly like to welcome individuals from the Department of Records and Information Services, DORIS.
That's my favorite agency.
Nobody else likes it as much as I do.
