Chair Encarnación asks whether ACS's required annual refresher training for staff and providers will take place this year. Ali says ACS is creating refresher trainings to begin in January 2027 and MOIA will review and support the rollout.

They're also required annual refresher trainers for all of ACS and providers'staff on compliance and reporting requirements.

That is currently in process as well, and ACS is working to create its refresher trainings and implement it starting January 2027, and it's incorporated in the updated protocols.
