As I mentioned in my testimony, in practical terms, it means that DOC's Correctional Intelligence Bureau will institute
and review their policies that clearly identifies the purpose behind any law enforcement request for information
or assistance, including requests that are made through the task forces, and then elevate those requests to their legal division for review.
