Farías asks whether the NYC Youth Risk Behavior Survey or other DOHMH surveys capture gender identity. Davidoff confirms the YRBS for high school and middle school public school students captures gender identity data.

Amanda C. Farías

Thank you so much, and thanks for all of your testimony this morning, folks.

Amanda C. Farías

Just really quickly on local data, does NYC Youth Risk Behavior Survey or any other DOHMH survey capture gender identity specifically?

Amanda C. Farías

Someone on the panel, you want to come back up?

Amanda C. Farías

Thanks.

Marnie Davidoff

Yes, the Youth Risk Behavior Survey for both high school and middle school New York City public school students does capture data on gender identity.
