My name is Lincoln Ressler.
I have the privilege of chairing the Committee on Contracts.
And usually at the end of my opening remarks, I thank the staff, but I just wanted to actually do that at the beginning because
It's important.
We are fortunate to have a truly expert committee counsel in Alex Polinoff, so thank you so much for just providing such helpful guidance to us as the relatively new chair of this committee.
And I want to also thank our policy analyst, Alex Yablon, and the principal financial analyst, newly to this committee, Andrew Lane Lawless.
Thank you all for your hard work.
And I especially want to thank my chief of staff, Molly Haley, who is brilliant.
And all of the smart things that are said today are a result of her and all of the mistakes are a result of me.
