MOCS describes review and corrective action for missed utilization goals
MOCS says it reviews utilization plans at the beginning of procurement, monitors agency performance, and follows up on results. The corrective action is analysis of what can be done better to achieve higher MWBE engagement.
So MOX works with SBS and OMWB to review agency utilization plans, monitor the performance, support the agency-specific improvement efforts.
These efforts are complemented by outreach and technical assistance.
And it's more the corrective action is more of the analysis and then what can be done better to achieve better results going forward.
