Farías asks how many improvement plans were submitted and reviewed
Farías repeats her question about the number of improvement plans submitted last year and who reviews them. MOCS says it will have to get back to her and describes the procurement-stage review and ongoing monitoring process.
Okay, great.
And then tell me again, who reviews them?
How many folks are in line of reviewing each of those improvement plans for corrective action?
So what I was describing was something that's done at the beginning of a procurement process.
You're reviewing that utilization plan so that you can make your determination about what goals you set and how you're establishing your contract.
Looking at the performance on how you're doing once you have that contract in place is that constant monitoring, checking in with those agencies.
And then the follow-up is how did we, what was the end result and then what do we need to do?
Where do we need to target our focus to achieve a higher engagement with MWBEs?
for future needs.
