New York City Council · Sep 23, 2026 · starts 2:04:44 · 37 sec

Restler calls up two Zoom witnesses, Matt Gove and Eve Fox, and works through unmuting issues. He invites Matt Gove to begin testifying on the single-use cup bill.

Lincoln Restler

And then we've got two folks on Zoom that we'll go to now, Matt Gove or Gove and Eve Fox.

Lincoln Restler

Matt, we can begin with you.

Lincoln Restler

Can we unmute Matt?

Lincoln Restler

Is that possible?

Lincoln Restler

Is there somebody?

Lincoln Restler

Can we do that?

Lincoln Restler

Can I do that?

Lincoln Restler

You did that?

Lincoln Restler

We did that.

Lincoln Restler

We're working on it.

Lincoln Restler

We're working on unmuting you, Matt.

Lincoln Restler

If you can hear us, we apologize.

Lincoln Restler

All right, we're good.

Lincoln Restler

Matt, go for it.
