Ruzzo addresses DOT grade change and future-proofed driveway
Ruzzo shows a section and explains a proposed DOT grade change of 2 to 10 feet. He says the driveway design allows parking access to continue and the building to remain in service during street raising.

Here we'll see in section the building.

There is a proposed DOT grade change for this entire area and this entire street system.
To that end, because of the way the building is designed and situated with respect to the current grade,
should DOT raise the grade around the perimeter, which is going to be a pretty meaningful raise of roughly 2 feet to 10 feet across, the way our driveway is designed, it allows for the building to not be taken out of service.
The parking would actually still be able to be accessed, and we would have access to effectively one street, their 79th or Sapphire, as DOT proposes and does that work.
