One issue I did want to bring up as it impacted my district in Midtown East is on match days, truck deliveries were prohibited from
30th to 60th streets for extended periods of time while the lanes on 5th and 6th Avenue were reserved for buses, shuttles, official vehicles.
Do you have a sense of what the economic impact was from those restrictions and also how were the businesses consulted before these changes were made and how far in advance?

kind of commuters and visitors and residents as well as doing direct outreach to businesses.
