Gennaro asks about avoiding silos and plan completion timeline
Gennaro says he wants to ensure no other entities usurp BCR's responsibility or compete for funding. He asks how long the planning process will take.
Okay.
I just want to make sure that, you know, that as we move forward and, you know, the Bureau,
you know, attains more prominence in this area that there are not other entities out there that will be like.
Usurping your responsibility, doing their own thing, or, you know, that's, it's like siloing is just like the worst thing for me.
It just, it's, everybody's go off like, you know, doing different things.
Everybody's competing, you know, competing for funding and stuff.
And, and, and I, I, I just, I'm heartened to hear, you know, what, what you're,
vision is for that.
And, um,
Yeah, and so this is like, I guess, a multi-step planning process because you have RISE.
Absolutely, RISE.
And then you have like other things that are going to come out.
And how long do you envision this planning process to–
for this work product to be done.
