Deputy Chief Thomas Alps is sworn in

Yes.

Okay.

Can I please take administrative oath of our deputy chief?

Can you please raise your right hand?

Do you affirm to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth before these committees and to respond honestly to council member questions?

I do.

And if you could just state your name for the record, thank you.

Deputy Chief Thomas Alps, Executive Officer to Patrol Services Bureau.

Thank you.

All right.
