Aldebol asks about NGBV vacancy turnover
Aldebol follows up on NGBV's 79 staff lines and 59 filled positions, asking how much vacancy is due to turnover. Sethi says turnover has been low and many staff have been with NGBV for 10 or more years because of the mission.

I have a couple of follow-up questions.
Both Speaker Menon and Councilmember Fadies asked about restructuring and staffing.
You said that there were 79 lines currently, 59 filled, attributed
you know, the vacancy rate to a backlog of hiring, how much of that is attributed to turnover?
So honestly, our office has, you know, it's had some turnover, but not very much.
We've had, what I'm always, what I'm always personally really surprised by is how many folks in our office have been with NGBV for 10 plus years, including some folks that have been with NGBV before it was NGBV or even in office.
So I think it really does speak to kind of the, you know, people coming to this because it's passion work and to the sort of the meaning that they find in the work.
