Do you foresee reductions in staffing as roles are changed and the office gets put under?
Yeah, it's too soon to be able to say what our literal structure will look like.
However, what I can say is that we know that the charge we've been given is to build a more comprehensive
approach to community safety and that includes ensuring that we are appropriately staffing the work around domestic and gender-based violence.
So our work is to really expand and to ensure that we're building out our staffing.
