Chair Riley describes Fort Hamilton Mews rezoning modification
Riley says LUs 131 and 132 would approve with modification a mixed-use project in Bay Ridge with about 292 apartments, up to 88 permanently affordable, by mapping the district as R7D and adding MIH option one.
We will also vote to approve with modification LUs 131 and 132 related to the Fort Hamilton MUSE rezoning proposal in Councilmember Santusoso's district in Brooklyn for a zoning.
