Good afternoon and welcome to a meeting of the Committee on Land Use.
I am Councilmember Kevin Riley, Chair of this committee.
I want to welcome my esteemed colleagues joining me here today, which includes remotely Councilmember Brooks Powers and Councilmember Caban.
