My name is George Todorovich.
I'm the Deputy Director of the Staten Island Borough Office at the Department of City Planning.
And I'm here with my colleagues.
I'm here because I was the project manager of the South Richmond Zoning Relief Proposal that was adopted in 2023 by both the City of Planning Commission and City Council.
And this project is an update to that proposal from 2023, specifically about designated open space.
And my colleague Kari is going to explain those rules, background, and three specific sites for this project.
