Bailey says the amendment removes outdated text from the text maps that referenced in-person maps at DCP's Staten Island office because of modern digitization and document retention changes.

So this proposed text amendment also includes minor editorial changes in a couple of discrete places of Article 10, Chapter 7 of the zoning resolution.

The first is to remove outdated text from the text maps, which you can see it's X tier out here in red.

That section references maps that are available to view in person at the Department of City Planning Staten Island Borough Office.

But due to changes in document retention policy and modernized digitization of each map, this text no longer applies.
