several months after the adoption of South Richmond Amendment, we were contacted by some property owners letting us know that they identified an error.

This prompted our office to go back and fact check our methodology.

And that was because the mapping of DOS on private property was not supposed to increase.

And therefore, this proposed action is adjusting the boundaries on three sites, as Kari noted, and we'll just zoom into those very quickly on the next slides.
