Yeah, so the first DOS site is 181 Bayview Avenue.
It's an interior zoning lot located at the intersection of Bayview Avenue and Excelsior Avenue.
Here you can see a comparison of the existing DOS boundaries in red and the proposed, which are in green, these text maps.
The DOS boundary would shift north to more closely align with
the conditions that existed before CISR that was passed in 2023 since the intent and goals of that text amendment did not contemplate increasing DOS on a vacant site.
The DOS boundary would be moved 60 feet north to its original location before CISR.
