So we are broadly working on a workforce recruitment strategy, part of this overall workforce development strategy.

There is work that has been underway.

for many years at New York City Public Schools through the teacher recruitment unit to support early childhood educators specifically, both in placing them in school-based programs, but also in our community-based organizations.

So they do hiring fairs, they collect resumes, they share those with providers to help support job placement.
