enrollment, contracting, budgets, and other operational requirements involved in bringing new 2K seats online.
We also know that contracting and payment delays created real challenges for some providers as they prepared to begin services.

Grant fund teams across New York City public schools and city government have continued to work to address outstanding contracting and payment issues.
We have made significant progress and we will continue to prioritize those efforts until all 2K contracts have been registered until all contracts have been registered.
We are also focused on supporting strong and consistent implementation across the mixed delivery system.
Our teams are in close contact with our programs and our family child care networks, providing ongoing support and responding quickly when financial, operational, or programmatic needs arise.
That close engagement allows us to identify challenges early, connect programs to the support that they need, and coordinate across New York City public schools and city agencies when issues require a broader response.
