Aldebol asks about current equity funding and contract reopeners
Aldebol asks where the equity funding concept is being applied now and whether contracts can be reopened mid-term; Pollack says last round's funds are spent, the concept will be considered in the next round, and reopeners are possible by mutual agreement.
And where are you implementing this concept now?
Are you continuing to have conversations with the unions about where this could be best?
applied?
So for the last round, the units that had it, the money has been spent essentially, that process is over.
It's certainly something as we approach the next round of bargaining that we will consider kind of how to approach those sales again, whether that concept should be included or a different concept with the same intentions.
So definitely something we'll look at.
Is there a possibility of opening, having a re-opener?
Like, let's say you conclude bargaining and you've made decisions, but you find in the middle of a three- or four-year contract that there's a need.
Or a need is identified either by the union or by the agency, are you able to reopen bargaining or have a reopener to discuss the equity?
Thank you for that question.
You know, subject to mutual agreement, even though our contracts may have a provision that says, you know, neither party, as you're familiar with, shall make demands during the term of the contract, if we mutually agree that we want to reopen it to discuss a particular problem, we can.
Because there are a lot of questions, right?
