And are there any discussions to expand partnerships with other academic institutions to offer a scholarship program?

Yes, one of the things that we're doing with both the graduate and undergraduate programs is to do extensive outreach to some of the schools that are not already participating.

And so we, the team does, you know, cold calls to reach out to different schools to really give them an overview.

We do information sessions to give an overview of the opportunity that's available.

And then once we have a selection of schools, we do what we call our school resource fairs.

So that way students can, employees can get a little bit more familiar with the programs that are available at the different schools.

So we try to make sure that there's a connection between the schools and the employees before application period closes.
