how do you carry out those responsibilities?

You know, regarding the programs you test, I think you test does an excellent job of promoting that.
We will work with them, especially where, you know, it's helpful to get the unions involved.
We'll often connect them, but they also have their own relationship with unions and can promote those.
I think from the OLR perspective, you know, we want to certainly focus on the programs that we offer that we need to get the word out about.
