Aldebol asks how exit survey data informs title pay adjustments
Aldebol asks how exit survey and interview data guide decisions to raise pay for specific titles; Pollack says OLR will review exit and viewpoint surveys, union input, and the year in which employees tend to leave a title.
So how are you looking at the exit surveys and the data from the exit surveys and the exit interviews to determine?
You know, what job titles might need a bump at a particular point in time or?
We will certainly, as we approach the round, you know, review the exit surveys and the citywide viewpoint survey, but, you know, always want to be conscious of hearing from the unions about what they view the problems as, as a representative of their members, and we'd want to look at, you know,
We can look at where people are leaving.
So if there's a title that we know has retention issues, we can look at what year people tend to leave.
Are they leaving in the first years or for some reason, which is more rare, are they leaving at 10 years?
And are you sharing that data with the unions?
The exits data and the survey data?
Not directly, but the report is available on the DCAS website.
