Narcisse comments on incentives and acknowledgement for youth
Narcisse says young people need incentives and acknowledgement, and the Seal is a good way to show them college pathways. She suggests engaging parents at parent nights to motivate students.
So within this structure, I'm sure probably Chair asked that question too.
The educational part within our school structure.
When the parents, like when they're doing parents engagement in the school, I think it will be a good way to give it to the parents.
Sometimes, you know, our kids can be a little, I don't want to call them lazy, but they can be like a less fair attitude.
So.
Parents have to motivate them.
So I think it would be a good idea to make sure that parents'night and whatever, where the parents are, to be engaged and knows what the extra things the kids can do.
Since I don't want my time to be like bing, bing.
So I...
Just like for the credit.
And I still have time?
Oh, that's good.
High five.
First, I want to say thank you for this young lady over here.
I'm not going to call her.
Don't get jealous because she's always with me whenever I have a question.
Civic engagement is so important.
But I find that for the young folks, if we're creating incentive, like what they can get, a little prompt, a little acknowledgement, and SEAL is the best way to do it, say that this is the way you can go and get
acknowledgement for when you get to college, you're not going to be a stranger.
There's courses that you already take.
I had some other questions, but it's not coming.
I was trying to get to the point.
But I probably will come back for that because I had some other question that was very important in my head and I escaped so thank you for your time I don't want to waste the time of the chair chair probably have more questions
