Aviles asks if EDC has a full assessment of assets and will make it public; Fredrickson says he will get specifics and notes landings are incremental new infrastructure.
So we know that the state of repair of much of this infrastructure is not good.
Do you have a full assessment of what each of these either landings or the state of peer repair is for all of the assets within EDC portfolio?
And will you make that public?
Yeah, I can get back to you with specifics on numbers.
I will say that.
The landings that we're looking at are typically incremental or net new, so we're building them in addition to the existing waterfront that we already maintain, whether it be for public waterfront access or industrial uses or
ferry landing.
So it's new infrastructure that we're adding to the existing waterfront.
