Maloney asks about ferry contract KPIs
Wong lists five KPIs: on-time performance, completed trips, customer satisfaction, tech uptime, and maintenance.
The current contract has some of the KPIs are on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
Any other KPIs that you're evaluating the performance of the contract based on?
Yes.
So there are five KPIs that we have built into the system.
So it's on-time performance, completed trips, customer satisfaction, tech uptime, and maintenance.
So on all five of those, what we had decided when we were building out the system originally was we wanted to have something that's easy to manage and really straightforward.
And for each of these, we have very clear measurements on what they are going to measure and how they are going to make sure that the system is being operated safely and efficiently.
So, for example, completed trips.
Yes, we are measuring the number of trips in the schedule that the operator is delivering, but there are a lot of things that go into that, right?
Like you need your system to be maintained.
You need your crew to be available.
You need fuel in the vessel.
There's all the things come together at these five KPIs to help us really manage the system well.
