Gennaro thanks Aviles and says he keeps a tradition of noting expressions never before used in the committee. He asks counsel to record her phrase 'ten toes down' as a first for the committee.

James F. Gennaro

Thank you, Council Member Villas.

James F. Gennaro

I have a tradition in this committee, which I've chaired for like 17 or 18 years, not consecutively, but

cumulatively, of recognizing either words or expressions that have never been put on the record before in the committee while I've chaired it.

James F. Gennaro

And I'm asking counsel to enter into the, to make a note of the expression, ten toes down is now.

James F. Gennaro

Been uttered in this committee for the first time since I've chaired it.

James F. Gennaro

And so thank you, Alexa.
