Gennaro thanks truck and bus panel
Gennaro thanks the panel and says their testimony added important detail about due-process failures. He then moves to the next panel.
All right.
I appreciate that.
There's one last thing.
You nailed all of them.
When we do show up to a Zoom hearing...
Larry, let me ask you a question.
I'd like you to expound on what the council was talking to you about.
I mean, he's supposed to be asked a question before he said every he confirmed everything, all those points.
He said exactly get the get the notices out quickly, 30 to 45 days.
He confirmed some schedule hearing within 90.
He understood and confirmed about the stacking of the fines and we didn't get it.
And I was just adding one more thing.
When our team does go to a hearing.
They could spend three quarters of a day waiting to show up.
So those hearings, you're not given a time.
And that was my fourth point, was to provide a defined 60-minute Zoom hearing so we could show up and not waste our whole team's day.
Okay.
I want to...
I would just...
Rubbing you a little, Larry, because this is not kind of like a grab the mic kind of like forum here, you know.
I'm the first time here.
No, second.
Anyway, really appreciate, you know, your insight and what's going on.
And, you know, everybody on this panel, great to see you, Liz.
And we appreciate the value added from this panel.
The next panel is going to look at it a little differently, you know.
So thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
You bet.
Okay, yeah, sure.
No.
Thank you, Harvey.
You did a great job.
