And how are the engagements measured?
Because that was another criticism in the article, that the results that we're looking at are more about times engaged and not necessarily the outcome, the placement.
So how do we retool that so that we're really focusing on the outcome we want, which is placement?
Yeah, I mean, to my understanding, we are tracking placements for the contracted outreach that we support.
But I understand the broader point of accountability and wanting to ensure that those efforts, not just the funding, but the efforts of people are leading to the results that we want to see.
And again, think we can do more as a city and as a set of partners to serve that group.
And it starts with that outreach.
