Brooks-Powers thanks Haywood for the historical perspective and his work. Narcisse thanks him for continuing to give to the community, and the panel is dismissed.

And while they're with us, we train them to do the same work that we're doing.

Is thinking about doing, that model works.
And it was sad after the budgets was cut because there was a lot of disconnect with you and the probation officers, a lot of disconnect.
And I think the reason why I came.
To testify, like I said, is because I experienced both.
I experienced it now, right, and I experienced back then.
And it was just real different back then.
Most people were connected.
And like this young man was talking about, we actually visit, we actually had programs in the projects.
It was called, we had next steps.
