Administration responds on why 2020 model is not being replicated

I mean, one of the things that I know from knowing Nancy and her work is that she is personally involved in understanding every young person in our care and what their court process is, and she can talk more about that.

I think we had a different population in 2020.

I'm sitting here right now, and I'm getting input around some of the things that Nancy has implemented that I'm uncomfortable with.

So I don't understand why this is not like, again, I want to go back to the original question.

We have a formula for what worked.

Again, you're the only one that was here.

You know what happened.

So why are we not implementing those strategies to say, let's come to the table.

We need to get 150 kids out so we can be in compliance.

Why are we not doing?

What are we doing?

be waiting for because I'm not comfortable with the plan that was announced on September 15th and now here we are, what is today's date?

October 27th and we're still at 352.

I'm confused.

I just want to add in, I really appreciate your sense of urgency and I want you to know that we share that.

I don't feel that way.

We, you know, in addition to the slots we're bringing online, we have 150 slots with ICM Connect.

40 with 150 is what we're bringing online next month.

So I just have a question here.

In 2022, did you guys wait for ICM to come in with slots?

Did you guys wait for that?

Was that part of the plan?

That I don't know about because I was in ACS, ICM.

Okay.

So again, like these are things where I'm like, we have a formula.

We did something that was needed to be done because we're in a crisis.

Right now, it's a crisis.

So we need to look at that work and get it done.

And like not sit here and say like we have this thing that's that I know it's supposed to have 150 it still hasn't gotten online so that's not a sense of urgency
