Agency training and phased rollout
Harry says 2025 focused on training city agency staff to set goals on applicable contracts. OCH reviewed Passport procurements, held about 200 meetings, trained over 115 staff from 27 agencies, and completed a phased rollout by September 2025.
Since community hiring is tied to city contracting, our major priority in 2025 was ensuring that city agency staff were aware, trained, and prepared to set goals on their agency's applicable contracts.
We reviewed contract information from Passport, monitored procurements being released by agencies, and held approximately 200 meetings with city agency procurement staff to discuss opportunities to set goals.
We held training sessions that were attended by over 115 city agency staff.
