Chair asks about 94 service contracts, 53 no progress
Won says 94 service contracts carry about 3,150 income-based hire goals, and 53 show no progress. She asks whether no hires were made or just not reported. Harry says it is likely a mix of recent contracts, future hiring needs, and incomplete data collection.
Okay.
As of June 30th this year, 94 service contracts carried combined goals of about 3,150 income-based community hires.
53 of them showed no progress data at all.
Does that mean no community hires have been made under those contracts or they have just not been reported?
And how...
Well, you already answered this question of how the vendors on service contracts report the hires to OCH.
So can you just answer, has there been no community hiring under those contracts or have they just not been reported?
So this is for the 94 service contracts carried combined goals of 3,150 income-based community hires and 53 of them do not show any progress.
So I...
I don't know the exact details of all 94 of those.
However, I'll say that it's a mix of both probably, right?
Because some of the contracts are very, very recently registered.
They might be multi-year, maybe as long as like five-year contracts.
And so all of their hiring needs may just not happen yet, right?
They might not have a hiring need today, but they might have a hiring need tomorrow.
In some cases, we just might not have collected all of that information from them just yet.
As I said, we're early on in trying to capture all of that information.
So we will continue to work with those providers.
And so it will run the gamut in terms of how they're...
I guess it could be either or in that case or both.
