Yeah, absolutely.

And one of the things that we're particularly excited about with community hiring, which, as I mentioned, is unique here in New York City, is that it's not limited to only entry-level jobs.

It's not limited just to construction, which these types of programs typically are.

It's the professional services jobs.

It's the human services jobs.

It's the standard services jobs and construction.

And so we're excited about the diversity of different types of job opportunities.

And we'll continue to work with all of our vendors and our referral sources to make sure that we are getting that information out there.
